To use the forum delegates must register by creating a user name which will be approved by the forum administrator. Once your user name has been approved you will be able to use the forum. Your user name should be your first name followed by your last all in lower case, followed by the abbreviation of your committee in upper case (see below for abbreviations).

e.g. if your name is John Smith and you are in Environment Commission I, your user name would be: johnsmithEN1

By registering for the forum you agree to use appropriate language and to use the forum productively in your preparations for the conference.
