Welcome to the ninth annual Malaysian Model United Nations Conference (MYMUN) hosted by Mont’Kiara International School, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 20th - 22nd April 2012.

MYMUN is a THIMUN affiliated conference providing a stimulating MUN experience for middle school students. The conference is open to grades 6, 7 and 8 students from schools where students finish at grade 12. Grade 9 students may apply for the Advisory Panel; Grades 10, 11 and 12 students may apply to be Committee Chairs or on the MYSPY press team. For schools that finish at grade 13 delegates will come from grades 7, 8 and 9; Advisory Panel grade 10 and Committee Chairs and MYSPY press from grades 11-13.

With small committees (maximum 26) our aim is to have all delegates actively involved. We encourage a close relationship between committee chairs and delegates to create a positive learning environment.
